Internal Martial Arts (I-M)Tc
- Tai Chi (T-C)-I 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is designed for all students as a major, minor or elective and is the prerequisite of T-Cp. Students in this course will learn the Ancient Classical Applied Yang Style. - Tai Chi (T-C)-II 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is also good for all students as a major, minor or elective and is the pre-requiesite of T-Cp. Principle of Push Hands, silk-railing techniques and application of Yang Tai Chi will be taught in this course. - Tai Chi (T-C)-III 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is the course for students who take Tai Chi as a major only. Students will learn the principles of Chen Style Tai Chi first lu, techniques of fa-jing and application of the Chen Style Tai Chi. - Tai Chi (T-C)-IV 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is the continuation of Chen Style first lu, fa-jing and application plus the assisting Qi Gong stance for Chen Tai Chi. - Tai Chi (T-C)-V 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
Wu (Ng) Style Tai Chi, which is very good for combat, health correction and Qi Gong development will be taught. - Tai Chi Push Hands (T-Cp) 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is designed for all students as a major, minor or elective. This course is focused on the various styles of push hands techniques and their applications. - Tai Chi International Standardized Competition Form and Tai Chi Sword (T-Cs) 30hrs, 2hrs per week, 15 weeks.
This is the competition form introduced by Grand Master Li De Yin (China) and is designed for all students as a major, minor or elective.
Internal Martial Arts (I-M)Tc major students in Internal Martial Arts will learn Tai Chi as their main course. Students may have either Medical Qi Gong (MQ) or Classical Chinese Herbal Medicine (CCHM) as their minor and at least three electives to complete the Master program for Internal Martial Arts, Tai Chi.
